Information for visitors

Privacy and enquiry information

Thousand Flow respects the information you choose to share when contacting us. This page describes the website's enquiry flow and how to reach us with a privacy question.

Information requested

Our consultation form asks for your name, email address, phone number and the service you are interested in. You can optionally provide a company name and project details. Please avoid sending passwords, payment card details or other sensitive information in an enquiry.

How enquiries are handled

The enquiry form is configured to submit information to a Google Apps Script endpoint for processing and follow-up. Google services, including Sheets when configured, may be involved in handling those requests. We use the details provided to understand your enquiry and respond. An enquiry submission does not itself create a service contract.

Website operation

Hosting and security infrastructure can process technical request information, such as IP address, browser details and access events, for website delivery, security and troubleshooting. The website may use operational analytics provided by its hosting platform.

Questions and requests

If you want to ask what enquiry information we have received, correct it, or request its removal, email hello@thousandflow.com. Please identify the email address used for your enquiry so we can locate it. Requests will be reviewed subject to applicable requirements.

External services

When you leave Thousand Flow for other services, their respective privacy policies apply. The functionality and handling of submissions can also depend on the current configuration of the external form processing endpoint.
